  Tiger Martial Arts Academy has been a leader in Martial Arts training since 1995. Under the instruction of Grand Master Seung Min Choi TMA, originally located in Montclair, VA, has since grown and now operates locations in Fredericksburg, VA as well as Knightdale, NC. Offering intense Tae Kwon Do training as well as Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense, TMA is an award winning school with excellent instruction and programs that are ideal for all ages.

Tae Kwon Do: 

  Throughout your training with Tiger Martial Arts Academy our staff will help you to become knowledgeable and skilled in the many aspects of Martial Arts. We teach our students that it is not only important to exercise the body, but to focus on the mind and heart as well. Our students learn about respect, self-discipline, determination, and self-confidence as parts of maintaining a healthy and honorable life style. Together we will develop a strong foundation from which to build upon.  

WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE:

  The Women’s Self-Defense program empowers and facilitates women with the ability to be proactive in preventing an attack situation. The latest techniques and realistic training approach help women to readily defend themselves against in an actual life threatening situation. By combining martial arts defense tactics with boxing techniques we give women a fighting chance!
